Family Traditions

Family traditions are very important in our house. The Christmas Weekend started with the 4:30 service to church. Both of the girls' dresses were from Gap, and we loved them.
Building our gingerbread house...We got the kit from JoAnn Fabrics for 50% off, I think it was $4.00. This was a new tradition in our house.
Every year the girls get a new pair of pajamas and an ornament on Christmas Eve. Here they are putting them on the tree. We got the ornaments from Pottery Barn Kids. I love the ornaments, because you can get them engraved for free. The pajamas were from The Children's Place.

Reading "The Night Before Christmas." Addyson was really into the story this year, but Emma was not. I think she was ready for bed.
Then, this is what happened on Christmas Morning. We came down about 8:00 a.m. to see what Santa brought us. Addyson LOVED to open the presents, and Emma just liked to watch. She gave all of her presents to Lola, the dog.

Even Lola wanted to see what Santa brought her.

Enjoy!
